KP
Sweeping is the leading specialist in dry filtration for ride-on and
walk-on behind equipment. All KP Sweeping sweepers are fitted with
filter panels. This methodology provides unsurpassed dust control
filtering to 4 microns, so sweeping in or outside is fully
controlled and environmentally friendly.
Unlike manual sweeping that has no filtration, KP Sweeping uses Filtration Sweepers that effectively and efficiently filter out dust. As shown right, the dust collected off the floor is trapped in the Panel Filter. The dust has been removed and not re-circulated into the air and onto product. This is more environmentally friendly than manual sweeping.
We use some of the latest sweeping machines to ensure that the best possible job will be done, such as the Super Vac, 6400 Sweeper and the 3640 Walk-behind Sweeper.
We have mid-sized scrubbing machines which are able to turn within their own length - they are highly manoeuvrable and able to work in tight spaces.
Unlike using a mop and bucket where you drag the mess across the floor, our machines apply a down force pressure from 10kg to 150kg to agitate the dirt with detergent to break it down prior to squeeging and vacuuming the dirty water off the floor leaving it clean and dry.
The machine recovers 95-98% of the solution immediately typically leaving a dry surface in 3-15 min depending on the temperature of the day.
Once a scrubbing machine has completed an area you should be able to wipe your hand over the area and get no dirt on your hand. "Ask about our White Glove test"
